What we are looking for:
We are seeking dependable, organized, and flexible Service Team Coordinators to support daily operations within the Pearland and Southwest Houston regions. This position plays a key role in helping maintain communication between customers, cleaning crews, moving labor teams, and management while supporting the overall flow of company operations.
This is a flexible contractor-based role designed for individuals who are comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced service environment and can remain responsive during normal operating hours. Coordinators may work partially remote while also assisting with in-office operations and occasional field support responsibilities.
The Service Team Coordinator position is operationally focused and may include dispatch support, customer communication, transportation coordination, inventory oversight, and general workflow management.
